Vintage Bulova Gold and Silver Tonneau Watch

This exquisite Vintage circa 1940's Bulova watch showcases a harmonious blend of gold and silver tones, featuring a distinctive shaped bezel. Something sparkles in the design chips of something ( diamond? Zirconia?). Back reads Bulova Quality with LE below, it may be L3. Hard to read. Also the numbers T12310 are also engraved on the bottom. Needs a clean. Not in working order but the windings move and are tight. Been awhile so nice I wound a watch lol.. As is. The bracelet is in great shape and probably not original to the watch.
