Vintage Cabbage Patch Doll, “Suzanne Ellen”

This classic vintage doll is wearing a charming yellow Cabbage Patch Kid original dress, shoes and socks. She has classic yarn hair and a cheerful face with blue eyes and a dimple. There is some discolouration on the dress and body, this can probably be improved greatly with a good cleaning (see photos). Bring home this piece of Cabbage Patch history!
