Vintage Calgary Tower Ceramic Stoneware Coffee Cup Mug made in Japan Capilano Vancouver Sticker CALGARY TOWER When excavation for The Calgary Tower commenced on February 19, 1967, there began one of the most unusual construction projects ever seen in North America, 190.8 high and 10,900 tonnes in weight (6,350 tonnif which are underground) The Calgary Tower is based on a central concrete core 1505 metres high.
