Vintage Calligraphy Sumi Ink Stick Block - Japanese Chinese

Brand new vintage ink! I don't know much about this, but I found it in a box of my grandfather's old stationery. This is most likely from the 60's-70's, but it could be older. I tried translating the text and i am getting "Kowloon Hayaari" and "Made by Shoeido". I don't know how accurate that is. Priced based on what other vintage blocks are going for.
