Vintage Canadian Black Open Waterfall Cardigan With Ruffle Collar Rosette Tank

Good preowned vintage condition, black open waterfall cardigan with a sewn in big cat rosette print, ruffled trim tank by Suzy Shier. Rosettes are printed in an array of creams, browns and black and the tank V-shaped collar is trimmed in elegant ruffles. This is an older piece, so it is a bit bally in some areas, but could definitely be fixed with a sweater shaver and a bit of patience. Otherwise, The tank within is in great shape due to the differences in materials. Looks like it was made in Canada as well. Tag is so old it has been worn down to illegibility. It looks like it says 34% rayon, which I'm assuming is the cardigan and why it is so bally, cotton and rayon would be more prone to balling. I wish I knew the rest of the composition.
