This little black velvet jacket is Canadian made. See tag photos for fabric content and sizing. It says an 8 , but it’s vintage so I would say it fits more like a small. Measurements in photos. It pairs nicely with denim, office attire or a party dress, it really is versatile! Im only selling as it’s to small for me in the arms. Clean Mint condition, no stains or rips in the liner.
