Vintage Capsela Construction / Building Set /Parts from the 1980’s. S.T.E.M.

No box or instruction manual. Lots of parts all untested so consider this an as is sale. Not sure what set this is or whether or not it’s complete so look carefully at the pictures. The only thing I noticed is there is a crack partway through one of the clear & green circular pieces that has been taped up (see last photo) but I may have missed something. New to Poshmark?
