Vintage Cardigan sweater tweed vibes

Vintage cardigan sweater. The tag is worn / cut out, so there is no size or fabric content that can still be read. Please go by measurements virus size posted approximately an xl or xxl?? I am a female xl or 14 this fit me on the loose side. It feels like wool to me. I think the tag might say made in Donegal ( Ireland) but can not be sure. It has a lot of holes and repairs on it. This is for the true vintage lover, hipster, bohemian person who loves vintage even with the flaws. This Not for the person who says I could go to Walmart and get a new one cheaper. Rustic cabin in the woods wool socks vibe on this one.
