This vintage blouse is absolutely divine - and incredibly flattering on! Looks lovely on an array of sizes - and I have listed accordingly so please be sure to check measurements as this is a vintage piece - and they can be funny :) Castleberry is a wonderful vintage brand, and this piece is made in NYC. Gorgeous aqua teal colour with feminine side bow detail. Blouse has knit cuffs and hem that make this piece wonderfully figure flattering when worn. I love this blouse paired with denim jeans - it brings it right into today, and looks very stylish! Pictures of measurements show the Ptp as 20-21” The other photos show the knit waist - unstretched it is 12” but it very comfortably stretches to 17” and perhaps beyond if needed.
