Vintage Celluloid Doll, 1940's Scottish Lass in Kilt, Scotland Heritage Souvenir

This wee lass is so sweet! She is dressed in her tartan (unknown name) kilt and jacket with lacey blouse. Pretty cherub lips, eyes looking to the side (eyes do not close). Measurements: 8" tall x 2 1/2" wide. Condition: Signs of wear consistent with age. Small mark on her face. Wispy hair. Arms are loose in the socket, but I am not sure if that is how it was intended. The arms are held in place by the jacket. No commercial markings.
