Vintage Celtic Key Chain

This piece has a Celtic center piece fixed inside a circle of woven silver. The bale also has Celtic symbols. It is not stamped sterling but imo it is, as it took a polishing that took off the tarnish but no other silver came off. (If it were plated the removal of the silver would show a copper or brass underside).
