Mid-Century Celtic Quality Plate English Hammered Aluminum Biscuit Barrel with Lid, dating back to the 1960s. It's a container used for storing biscuits, cookies, or other small treats. It is made of hammered aluminum with a lid and a handle for carrying. It could also be used as an ice bucket. This is an amazing piece that would accentuate any modern decor! There are a few small dents in the side of the lid as shown, and a few spots as shown that finish has come off.
