Vintage Chalkware William Shakespeare Bust Signed RAC

This is a 4.5", detailed bust of William Shakespeare. I believe it is some sort of chalkware, but, it is very sturdy and has no chips of dings as many pieces of chalkware do. It is signed "RAC" on the back. It is in excellent condition.
