Vintage Chapter One Petites Olive Toned Gingham Ruffle Hem Pencil Skirt

In EUC! I love this skirt but it is just a tad too tight on my hips, so it deserves a better home. Can style this to look very classic and feminine, or with a band tee and sneakers like I prefer. Is a vintage size 8, but seems closer to a modern size 6 and is listed as a size medium as such (PLEASE SEE MEASUREMENTS). Skirt is fully lined with a mint coloured lining, and the gingham is more of an olive green colour. Zips up in the back. Materials are 53% acetate and 47% rayon, and lining is 100% polyester.
