Hi there! I fit vintage Lee jeans size 8 perfectly, they translate to a waist 28. Do these Cherokee jeans measure 14 inches at the waist? Thank you!

So because of the waist band when it’s just lying flat it’s right around 13 inches but it takes very little “pull” to get it to 14, so it would definitely fit somebody with a 14 inch waist comfortably, hope this helps :)
