Vintage Cinched Floral Blouse

Fun floral vintage top, really nice rich colours. Metal detailed buttons, and an elastic cinched waistband. Still has the original shoulder pads in good condition. Pleated detail on the puffed sleeve, but check the measurements cause there is no stretch on the arm opening.
