Vintage Circle of Friends Candle Holder, Mexican Pottery. This is a traditional Circle of Friends candle holder, in an earth brown mottled clay, hand crafted in Mexico in the 1980s. It features 5 figures around a central candle holder. Quite heavy and sturdy, featuring rustic pottery finishing. This piece measures 7" tall and 7" across and weighs more than 6lbs. TRASHTIQUE TALK: The Circle of Friends candle holder has an intriguing Mayan origin and legend. It is said that when you give the candle holder to a friend, it will solidify your bond with that person for the rest of your lives. CONDITION: Trashtiques gives this candle holder a 9/10.
