Vintage Clown Porcelain Figural Covered Pot Dispenser Jam Pot

This vintage porcelain Clown is in good gently used pre-owned condition. Age appropriate wear and the cold paint. One small chip or factory flaw to top cover rim (please view photo). No identifying marks . Measures 8.5" tall. There is a notch top and bottom on the cover and bottom. Perhaps a string or ribbon Dispenser for party balloons. Charming and lovely quality. Displays well!
