Vintage Coat Made In Sweden

Hettemarks is a Swedish brand that was founded in 1944 by Sven Rudolf Hettemark. The company was closed in 1982, so this coat is at least 40 years old and in fantastic condition. Beautiful faux fur lining in an oversized hood. It's most likely a wool blend, but I could not locate a materials tag. The fit is very sleek and glamorous. To make sure there was uniformity with the buttons on the front, I replaced the back buttons with a similar set so I could replace a lost button on the front. The other one will be in the pocket in case a replacement button is needed in the future. The company is known for producing high-quality outerwear for women, including jackets and coats, known for their elegant design, good fit, and craftsmanship. The crest logo includes the text "KUNGSHOVLE", refers to a location in Sweden where the company had operations. The text on the label, det märks! translates from Swedish to it shows! or it is noticeable!
