Vintage Colclough 6494 Robins Egg Blue + Gold Chintz Brocade Teacup + Saucer Set

This beautiful light blue and gold vintage teacup and saucer set is manufactured by and marked “Colclough - Genuine Bone China - Made in England”; this lovely set is numbered “6494” and was produced circa the 1940’s. Both the cup and saucer are adorned with a gold leaf brocade chintz pattern with a delicate gold trim, featuring a robins egg blue base colour with white interior. Such a lovely and elegant collectors set to enjoy tea and/or coffee! Would also make for a wonderful bridal gift! Both pieces are in excellent condition; no chips, cracks, repairs, crazing, staining, discolouration, etc. however there there is minor manufacturing indent along the inner rim, as seen Measurements: Teacup: 2 1/2” inches height x 3 1/2” inches diameter x 4 1/8” inches length including handle Saucer: 5 5/8” inches diameter Vintage china/items often have small manufacturing flaws and/or signs of use; these do not affect the integrity of the item but is something to be mindful of when purchasing.
