Gah! This piece is incredible. Unique, vintage - but also so on trend with today! Fully lined - beautiful pastel rainbow paisley print that is…. Velvet burn out! Can you say sweet perfection in a skirt? Does not get better than this - a true vintage treasure. I love ALL things burn out velvet! And the colours of this one are breath taking. This vintage dream is a size small - with a bit of stretch. Measurements are taken flat without stretching. Pictures show measurements. Measurements are approximations - I am not a professional tailor or seamstress but do my best to take the most accurate measurements to my ability.
