Vintage Commemorative Coronation H.M. Queen Paragon Teacup and Saucer Set Commemorating the coronation of H.M. Queen Elizabeth ll on June 2, 1953 Royal cypher or monogram at the bottom of the teacup with crown, double warrant on the undersides. The floral motif includes pink Tudor roses for England, thistles for Scotland, three-leaf clover for Ireland, and daffodils for Wales. Footed teacup measures 2 1/2” high including handle x 5” wide including handle. Saucer measures 5 5/8” diameter. Registration number 867128 Both ring true. In very good condition with minimal gold gilt wear. Some manufacturers flaws including pink dot on the saucer underneath the glazing, a yellow tinge to the underside of the cup, and a darker perhaps unglazed small area on side of teacup, as shown. No chips, cracks, or crazing. Smoke free, cat friendly home.
