Vintage Continental rhinestone diamond sparkly choker

Continental signed sparkling rhinestone diamond bracelet.  This fabulous piece was made by the famous Canadian jewellery company Continental which produced quality costume jewelry as early as the 1940's. Beautiful clear stones. Continental was producing rhinestone jewelry in Montreal in 1947, and by 1951, they became the largest producer of mid priced costume jewelry in Canada and were direct competition to Sherman jewelry. Their jewelry was sold in The Bay, Eatons, Simpsons. Well known for its quality, Continental was on the same level as the renowned Sherman jewelry.
