The perfect item to buy for this spring/summer 🌸 I’ve taken in the skirt on each side about 1.5” but it can easily be taken out! Size 3 but would best fit an XS or S Measurements while laid flat: Waist - 13.2” Length: 32.5” Hips: 16.5”
