Vintage Cook Book The American Woman's Cook Book New and Enlarged Edition ~ 1953 ~ Hard to find & RARE - Edited and revised by Ruth Berolzheimer, Director, Culinary Arts Institute - large cook book features 856 pages - thumb index tabs along the side for quick reference - lots of recipes with colour photos included ~ see contents page - if you love vintage cook books and recipes, this book is very hard to find and rare - Book is in excellent condition with no ripped, torn, missing or loose pages - there is some writing on some of the pages and some written recipes included inside on separate pieces of paper - books sides have a green speckled look to it (it's not mold as I've seen similar cook books with the same speckled look) - dust jacket has damage but you could always discard and just display the nice green cook book itself (see pics) - a great vintage cook book for you to use and for your collection!! ***New to Poshmark?
