This is the classic 1958 "Good Housekeeping's Casserole Book". It is a leaflet style cookbook published by Good Housekeeping magazine, may have been reprinted in 1970. It features all sorts of classic mid-century recipes. Some of which sound delicious and some will make you cringe. It is soft cover, 68 pages. it is divided into sections such as meat casseroles, vegetable casseroles, casseroles to freeze, dessert casseroles, etc. Non-glossy newsprint pages. There are both photographs and kitschy line drawings of the complete time capsule recipes. This book is in good condition with some signs of wear. Measurements: 9 1/2" tall x 6" wide.
