Vintage Cookie Monster 1996 Tyco Plush Toy Sesame Street

I believe (not sure) this Cookie Monster had components that made it talk although there is nothing there now. Now it is a super soft cuddly Cookie Monster. The eyes have some scratches, other than that great vintage condition, no stains or rips, very clean.
