Vintage Costume National black leather buckled combat boots, men's 6.5, EUC

Fantastic pair of Costume National black leather buckled and zippered moto boots, dating from early 2000s. They're marked men's size 6.5, but they fit closest to a women's 9. The fit is somewhat narrow, so I believe they fit approximately true to size for men's size 6.5 - 7. I can just get my size 9.5 feet into these, but they're uncomfortably snug, and I can't close the ankle zip all the way. Ankle circumference is just a hair under 10" (measuring from the inside), and footbed length is about 10.125". I bought them from a consignment store years ago, then never wore them, so they have lots of life left and they're perfectly broken in. I love the pop of red from the soles - would be cool to repaint the color there.
