Vintage Cottagecore Boho Button-Down Dress

Good pre loved condition with small amounts of wear. Dark green Tagged a 12 but this is vintage sizing. I would say this could fit a small to a medium given that the ties in the back allow for some sizing up or down. It says p on tag but the sleeves are meant to be 3/4 so I’m not really sure what is petite about the way this fits.
