Vintage Handcraft Signed decor plate. Signed by "M. Langbrolk". Cobalt blue with golden scrolling accent with beautiful pink and red cabbage roses. Backstamped "Handcraft, Designed & Produced by TG Green & Co. Made in England". Measures 11 inches in diameter Not New. Pre owned. Has some crazing on the white background of the floral (see picture).
