Does the skirt have an elastic waist or is it a zipper and button? Also, what is the length of the skirt?

@hrsdurand just double checked so it is a button and zipper on the side of the skirt
It is a long skirt. I’m about 5’9 and it comes to my feet. The lay flat length is 40 inches
