⚜️ Vintage (Cotton) Velvet Midi Coat (Repairs Needed) ⚜️

This coat has good bones but needs some repairs! The stitching on both arms is coming loose at the shoulder/pit seam and the two sides of the partial waistband at the back need to be sewn together (attached with safety pin right now). Please see pictures. I'm selling "as is" with the assumption that whoever buys her will do the repair and bring her back to life! She's got many years ahead 🩰 The fabric is gorgeous. It's not often you come across 100% cotton velvet these days. Although the lining is acetate, it's also in beautiful condition. The colors are so rich and don't show their age - zero discoloration. A note on the repair: the lining isn't attached at the bottom of the coat so it's easy enough to flip inside out to access the arm pit seam.
