Vintage Crystal Decanter

Crystal Decanter - Vinatge Mint Condition Can't say how this actually is. I'm not sure but I haven't seen any like it. I've had it about 20years, given to me by my father who told me many times, its valuable. lol It's never been used. Only on display in a glass cabinet. Pretty star etched pattern. No chips, marks or scratches
