Vintage Crystal Glass Beer Stein, Red Flash Cut to Clear, Horse and Cart Rustic

This glass beer stein is simply gorgeous! It has had red flash applied, then hand cut to clear. The scene is a man driving a horse drawn cart in the countryside with trees and foliage surrounding them and some ornate scrollwork to finish it. The pewter lid is the crowning touch with cast embellishments and a regal griffin perched atop the handle. The quality of the glass and craftsmanship in this piece is spectacular! I believe this piece to have originated in Bavaria, Germany but there are not markings to signify country of origin. Condition: excellent - the gold is all intact with no sign of wear. No chips. Measurements: 9 1/2" tall x 2 5/8" across opening x 3" across base. No commercial markings, labels, etc.
