Vintage Custom Original Lilliput Hats Black Velvet Slough Beret Women's Cap Canada Recent estate sale find. I had the fortunate opportunity to go to an estate sale where the lady who lived there collected hats. I have close to 100 hats; some are designer and some are handmade. It measures 22 1/2" around the inside of the rim. It is fully lined and it has a bow accent at the front. Gently pre-owned in very good condition.
