Vintage D'Allairds Belted Secretary Dress

Beautiful forest green office style dress. Form fitted with button detailing, giving a military feel. Pockets are non functional. Light shoulder pads. Perfect condition. 80s or 90’s I believe. Size xl, size tag was removed, so I am unsure of material. Has stretch. 21" from pit to pit, 18.5" across waist approx. Would look best on a curvy body in my opinion.
