Vintage DEPT Halter Dress

Worn only twice, in mint condition. Bodice is khaki green/brown (knit like t-shirt fabric) Skirt is lined and cotton with flowers in yellow, khaki/brown, coral, and turquoise. Tiny belt loops but there is no belt. Halter top ties behind neck either in a bow or a knot, you choose. The back of the bodice is smocked elastic. Approximate measurements: Around waist 30" Length from waist down 24" Pit to pit 14" All VINTAGE FINDS are priced according to designer, age and condition. Some items are a RARE FIND previously loved, pampered and then forgotten. I try to note all the important info along with imperfections.
