Vintage Dagger Collar Empire Waist Prom Dress Black with Silver Flower Power Top

This dress is one of the most unique in my collection. A true 70s-style prom dress with a very prominent dagger collar. The size on the label is not accurate, as it won't even fit my small sized mannequin, so I would say it is very much a size XS.
