Vintage Debbie Shuchat Mohair Sweater Coat szS

Stunning statement piece - vintage late 70s/early 80s 100% mohair sweater coat by Canadian designer Debbie Shuchat. This is truly a unique item and if you can wear mohair you will rock it! Sadly, I am allergic - my husband bought this for me for Christmas the year we were engaged so I only wore it a handful of times. (I didn't want to return it and hurt his feelings.) There are/were no tags inside the garment other than the designer label but I was a small at the time and the measurements confirm that. It has been gently hand washed with mild soap and laid flat to dry. Please note it is closer to the warmer shade photos - a lovely neutral warm taupe. I'm really digging deep in the closet now............:) I hope someone else will be able to give this the love it deserves!
