Made by Peter Pan Fabrics. It is a nice even and tight weave that would be well-suited to small upholstery projects, draperies, pillows, or other home decor items. Fabric content is unmarked, but feels like cotton. It has been polished so it has a sheen visible in the light. Very smooth to the touch.
