Vintage Designer Gown blue

Oblique vintage designer gown. 100% silk. Elegant strapless blue with black bow. Fully lined. Zipper and clasp in the back. Tag says 10, but it's more like a 6. Waist is 26" on the mannequin. Flaw in the front puff collar as shown in the picture. Needs a quick stitch.
