@ilovemarcia1 Hello, I don’t have the authenticity card because I purchased it by someone else. I recently bought the bag for $369, so I can't go as low as $250. The person who sold me the bag claimed it was authentic, and I never attempted to repair the snap. I only wore it once.

I think this is more that fair considering the needed repairs.
this type of snap is not fixable, it has to be completely replaced.
it's missing its part also
