Vintage Disney Buzz Lightyear

Okay this guy works sometimes! Like his buttons only half work! I can’t get him to talk but when I press his red front button his winds open, and they light up. His one wing doesn’t stay down in his pack. He definitely does have some technical difficulties. He does however look fantastic on the shelf as display! I have included lots of pictures of his condition. He his vintage! I can’t get his left arm to stay down LOL.
