Vintage Distressed Style Dress

Purchased at a vintage shop in NYC’s east side. It did not come with a belt. Possibly handmade, definitely hand mended and adjusted. Been washed and has no “vintage smell” anymore. Cool 70’s style pointed collar, threads missing here and there. Unlined but light uniform style polyester. Worn as an over shirt or a “rough and tumble” distressed style dress. Tag says size 14 but it fits more like a modern size 8 or fitted 10.
