Vintage Dog & Cart Planter Pot- Shawnee? Style Anthropomorphic Kitsch 1950s 60s

Adorable vintage figural planter featuring an anthropomorphic dog carrying a cart. Possibly a Shawnee piece though I'm uncertain, it likely dates to the 1950s/early 1960s. No discernible markings. In very good vintage condition. No chips or major damage to note, there are signs of age and wear, most notably inside the pot piece. Some staining and a little crack/crazing that doesn't appear to travel through the piece. Please see all the pictures for details and feel free to ask any questions!
