Vintage Dollman Couture blue dress by Montreal designer Caty Lullier extremely rare find some of her work is in museums this dress is from the 70s I believe the dress is overall in amazing condition other then a few small spots and a discoloration on the beaded embroidery center as shown in photographs I believe it's from the glue used aging that's caused the discoloration no size label but measures to a size Medium or 10
