Vintage Donadio Cameo Made In Italy with original box gift box and guarantee

I bought this vintage cameo directly from the Donadio Store in Naples Italy over 20 years ago. I came home and stored it safely and never wore it. Now that I have taken it out of the box, the silver has aged with this beautiful patina that I do not want to remove. So I am pairing it with a black coated steel choker which I am including in this listing. Black steel wire choker (coated black steel wire choker necklace:45.6cm(18") long, wire thickness: 1mm). The choker is brand new, and I did not purchase the choker together with the cameo pendant in Italy. Cameo is under 2 cm long without the bail. See photo for measurement . If you want to remove the silver patina and turn it into silver colour again, you can easily rub it with a mixture of water, baking soda and lemon juice. Colour may differ depending on different lighting and different monitor settings.
