Vintage Dress (1960s) size M

I’ve shown the dress with a measuring tape in the photos. I’m estimating it’s a medium! No size listed… when did Burlington Ontario have a dress manufacturer!? There are some faint yellow marks from it being folded for years. I didn’t try to wash it.
