Vintage Dress

Pit to pit is 17 inches Total length not including collar is 39 inches There's no size tag but I've listed it as a medium. I bought this from a consignment store for $150. I don't know how old it is and there's no brand or size tag. The dress is a dark blue color, even though it looks back in photos. It comes with a tie belt and it has a neck tie as well. There's an indent in the fabric (pictured) that's less than an inch wide. you can't notice it. Other than that, no flaws noted.
