Vintage Dress With AMAZING Sleeves and Shoulders!!

Gah this girl is such a beauty!!! Total power shoulders going on under all those amazing details but the shoulder pads could be removed if desired. The neckline makes this dress super unique but the sleeves are incredible too!! I would say this fits like a medium but see photos for pit to pit and length. Good pre loved condition.
